Shipping expenses

Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and the total amount of the order. Before finishing the purchase you can consult the shipping costs in the cart when adding the destination country. 

Shipping times

When ordering a graduate glasses, the delivery time is higher due to the adaptation of the lenses to their graduation in the mount that has been chosen. But the manufacturing time does not exceed 3-4 days.

If any product is not in stock, the delivery period by email would be notified.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Azores Islands or Madeira.

Taxes and customs

All Visual-Click product prices include VAT.

Shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

For orders shipped to the United States, Brazil and India, the shipping cost already includes customs duties and import taxes, so no additional payment will be required once the order has been placed.

Shipments outside the European Union, the United States, Brazil and India may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which will be the customer’s responsibility. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, Visual-Click will not issue a refund and will not take responsibility for the parcel.
