When ordering prescription glasses, delivery time may be longer due to the adaptation of the lenses to your prescription in the chosen frame. However, the manufacturing time does not exceed 3–4 days. If any product is out of stock, the estimated delivery time will be notified by email. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Azores, or Madeira.
Taxes and Customs
All products from Visual-Click include VAT. If the shipment incurs customs fees, the customer will be responsible for paying these charges. If the customer does not wish to pay the customs fees, Visual-Click will not refund the order and will not take responsibility for the parcel.
